HokuApps is a Rapid Application Development Platform that enables Digital Transformation for global organizations by leveraging new technology. Our Digital Transformation consulting helps companies improve products and services, enhance customer experience, enter new markets, and increase revenues.
We are looking for fresh graduates who will act as the trusted advisor for our clients by focusing mainly on improving their customer experience and increasing our value proposition for them.
Responsibilities As an customer success specialist in our team, you will:
Have a good understanding of the company’s main line of business and placing an emphasis on the upsells that we are offering
Collaborating closely with the Sales and other cross-functional teams located locally and globally.
Increasing the value proposition of the client’s existing mobile/web applications
Building a good relationship with existing and new clients and communicating with them on a regular basis
Identify avenues to upsell additional services and ensure HokuApps is extended to more teams, offices and markets within the customer organization.
Being able to pitch upsells to existing and new B2B clients of HokuApps
Key Success Metrics
Retention of corporate customers
App engagement/usage on corporate customer accounts
Account Expansion: Upsell of additional services and bringing HokuApps to more teams, offices and markets within the customer organization
Fresh graduates with Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field are welcome to apply
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Excellent problems solving skills, ability to coordinate with both local and global teams
Ability to self-start and work in a fast-paced team environment and the ability to work independently
Curious, self-motivated and always-learning
Strong consultative abilities
Social skills, ability to interact with a wide variety of people at different levels of seniority and a laser focus on the customer experience
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities for upselling
Candidates must be located in Singapore
