We’ re looking for an astounding Business Development Manager with 5-10 years of experience to work with our passionate and ever-expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop long-term business development strategy as well as quarterly tactical plans on how to reach sales targets and see it through.
  • Research, identify and qualify new leads, create meaningful connections, and drive conversations with potential clients.
  • Drive, negotiate and close deals.
  • Build a skilled sales team. Inspire them, guide them, challenge them to shine.
  • Take complete responsibility for their productivity and overall contentment
  • Client development and acquiring new business by cold calling, mailing and pitching for services in Domestic/International Levels.
  • Analyze the international market and able to present report as per requested.
  • Timely reports to be mailed to the reporting head about the targets and work.
