Accounts Management Executive, Singapore

HokuApps is a Rapid Application Development Platform that enables Digital Transformation for global organizations by leveraging new technology. Our Digital Transformation consulting helps companies improve products and services, enhance customer experience, enter new markets, and increase revenues.

We are looking for fresh graduates who will act as a key point of contact between HokuApps and our clients to drive the overall customer experience in a positive direction. This role will require you to possess the software knowledge and service sales to drive acquisition and growth in our key accounts. Developing strong relationships with our key partners is one of the key areas, which may include mitigating escalations that may come through customer support as well.

Responsibilities
As an accounts management executive in our team, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts and drive the growth of the accounts in the right direction
  • Analyse opportunities and develop initiatives to increase revenues for your portfolio
  • Drive operational excellence by working with the internal pre-sales and sales team located locally and globally
  • Help clients optimise and grow their business with HokuApps custom software development services
  • Resolves clients’ issues or complaints actively by investigating the problem, developing the solution, making recommendations to management
  • Increase app engagement by meeting clients and communicating with them on a regular basis
  • Work closely with the team across functions from commercial, marketing, operations, and sales to execute acquisition strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates are welcome, a minor or major in computer science, engineering or business management would be a plus but not compulsory
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Resourceful with technological tools to find solutions to the problem
  • Self-directed, able to take initiative to pre-empt clients’ needs and help them grow
  • Thrive in working in a small team with high ambitions to learn and grow
  • Time- oriented, good self-management skills with ability to hit goals within set deadlines
  • Attention to details, able to understand processes and adapt to tracking own work systematically and accurately
